Votes: 28,109 | Gross: $12.37M
One of the greatest comedy films of all time. The murder-mystery story is interesting and there is plenty of humour. This motion-picture show introduced many of the nearly famous elements of The Pink Panther moving-picture show series such as the karate fights with Cato and Clouseau's disgruntled boss Commissioner Dreyfus. Peter Sellers is at his best. The scenes between Clouseau and his reluctant learner Hercule are hilarious, as is Clouseau'south obsession with Maria Gambrelli. The segment with Clouseau in the nudist camp, Clouseau'southward disastrous endeavour at playing billiards and the endless failed assassination attempts on Clouseau are only a few of the film'due south many memorable moments.

Votes: 27,166 | Gross: $41.83M
Mayhap the funniest Pinkish Panther moving-picture show. At that place'due south lots of over-the-top slapstick one-act. Features the about glamorous locations in the series – Gstaad and Nice. The scenes with Christopher Plummer are a little dull though. Memorable moments include Clouseau pretending to be a phone repairman and Dreyfus in the lunatic asylum.
103 min | Comedy, Law-breaking

Votes: 29,718 | Gross: $33.83M
The most ridiculous but probably also the near fun Pink Panther movie. The story is refreshingly dissimilar and the get-go half of the moving picture is hilarious. It'due south peachy to see Herbert Lom play a more than prominent role. The second half is not quite as adept – too outrageous and non as funny. Best moments: Clouseau flying in the air about the cathedral in his quasimodo outfit and the globe's greatest assassins trying to impale Clouseau at the Oktoberfest.
99 min | One-act, Crime, Mystery

Director: Blake Edwards | Stars: Peter Sellers, Herbert Lom, Burt Kwouk, Dyan Cannon
Votes: 21,620
Peter Sellers puts on more disguises than any other moving-picture show. In that location is more than fun with botched assassination attempts on Clouseau and a lot of humour is created from Dreyfus thinking Clouseau is dead. The endmost act in Hong Kong is somewhat weaker than the rest of the pic and is substantially just a long chase. Best moments: Clouseau returns to his home, which has been turned into a Chinese-themed brothel, and Clouseau defeats the ultra-tough Mr Chong.
115 min | Comedy, Law-breaking, Romance

Director: Blake Edwards | Stars: David Niven, Peter Sellers, Robert Wagner, Capucine
Votes: 51,907 | Gross: $10.88M
More of a crime thriller than a comedy film. Peter Sellers hasn't quite notwithstanding perfected the character of Clouseau. Withal it's very entertaining and there's a great bandage with David Niven and Robert Wagner. The costume party with the gorilla outfits and Clouseau dressed every bit a knight is peradventure the finest moment.
96 min | Comedy, Crime, Mystery
Journalist Marie Jouvet (Joanna Lumley) attempts to uncover the mysterious disappearance of Master Inspector Jacques Clouseau (Peter Sellers).
Manager: Blake Edwards | Stars: Peter Sellers, David Niven, Herbert Lom, Richard Mulligan
Votes: ten,366 | Gross: $9.06M
Greatly underrated. The first one-half is very entertaining and well put together with Herbert Lom providing lots of sense of humor in the new footage and some amusing outtakes with Peter Sellers taken from previous films. It's a pity that the outtakes from Return of the Pink Panther couldn't be used. The second half with Joanna Lumley interviewing characters like Sir Charles Lytton and Hercule LaJoy from previous films makes for a nice tribute to Peter Sellers and his astonishing portrayal of Inspector Clouseau.
PG | 93 min | Gamble, Comedy, Crime
Bumbling Inspector Clouseau must solve the murder of a famous soccer bus and find out who stole the infamous Pink Panther diamond.
Director: Shawn Levy | Stars: Steve Martin, Kevin Kline, Jean Reno, Emily Mortimer
Votes: 85,896 | Gross: $82.23M
It'south a decent endeavor at a reboot with some inventiveness and some prissy lilliputian references to the original motion-picture show serial like Clouseau spinning the globe. Overall it is very entertaining and quite amusing with an interesting story. Steve Martin puts in a expert attempt only is nowhere about the quality of Peter Sellers' portrayal. Expect out for Jason Statham and Beyonce!
109 min | Comedy, Crime, Mystery
Ensuing after the events of Clouseau's disappearance, his bosses at the Surete put a estimator into service to elect a new shrewd detective, Sleigh, who turns up just as inept every bit Clouseau.
Manager: Blake Edwards | Stars: David Niven, Robert Wagner, Herbert Lom, Joanna Lumley
Votes: vi,052 | Gross: $4.49M
In that location are a few funny moments and Roger Moore's appearance is not bad fun but overall the movie is non peculiarly entertaining. The franchise merely couldn't survive without Peter Sellers. It's great to run across all the significant characters like Dreyfus, Cato, Francois and Sir Charles Lytton involved but they are not given big enough roles.
PG | 92 min | Action, Hazard, Comedy
Insp. Jacques Clouseau teams upwards with a team of International detectives who are just as bumbling as he is. Their mission: Stop a globe-trotting thief who specializes in stealing historical artifacts.
Director: Harald Zwart | Stars: Steve Martin, Jean Reno, Emily Mortimer, Andy Garcia
Votes: 44,819 | Gross: $35.92M
Everything about it is inferior to the offset moving picture – the story, acting and humour. Kevin Cline was much better as Dreyfus than John Cleese.
96 min | Comedy, Crime, Mystery

Director: Bud Yorkin | Stars: Alan Arkin, Frank Finlay, Delia Boccardo, Barry Foster
Votes: 2,770
There is only 1 Inspector Clouseau. This moving picture clearly proves it. It'southward not only Alan Arkin's mistake though equally the writing is dreadful and just not funny at all.
PG | 93 min | Comedy, Offense
Charles Dreyfus encounters Jacques Gambrelli, who reminds him painfully of Inspector Clouseau, the man who drove him insane. With adept reason: Gambrelli is Clouseau's son.

Votes: 5,376 | Gross: $2.46M
This film should not have been fabricated. Whereas Curse had lots of returning characters, this film only has Herbert Lom and Burt Kwouk returning. A most dreadful script.
